About Us

See It Solved

Elder Research is where deep analytics expertise meets mission-driven execution.

For three decades, we’ve helped government agencies and commercial organizations solve their toughest data challenges—from fraud detection and insider threats to demand forecasting and operational AI.

What sets us apart? We don’t just analyze data—we build solutions you can trust, act on, and scale. Solutions that work because we spot the real issues, guide the delivery, and bring your team with us every step of the way.

We call it See It Solved.

Our clients call it a game changer.

Built to Solve from Day One

In the 1990s, predictive analytics lived mostly in academia—rich in theory but short on impact. As the internet arrived, the amount of available data exploded. Unfortunately, the amount of actionable insights did not. That’s when Dr. John Elder began dreaming of bringing cutting-edge analytics to real-world problems.

Clients began coming to us when things went wrong: a failed implementation, a vendor that didn’t deliver, a model that never made it into production. They needed a partner who could deliver results that held up in the real world, so we rolled up our sleeves (and our computers) and got to work.

From beating the market through investment modeling to supporting national security, Elder Research has spent three decades helping clients turn data into decisions. We’ve grown into a 150-plus person team trusted by Fortune 500s, federal agencies, and mission-critical organizations like the Department of Defense, IRS, Capital One, and BP.

Today, we’re known for:

  • Staying hands-on from day one to deployment
  • Translating complex problems into clear decisions
  • Delivering production-ready solutions, not PowerPoint decks
  • Helping internal teams grow through training, support, and transparency
