Frank brings a passion for solving problems and a creative mindset to his position as Data Scientist at Elder Research. He earned a BS in Business Administration with a second major in Statistics & Analytics from the University of North Carolina. During his time at UNC, Frank enjoyed teaching statistics to others as a teaching assistant and a tutor. He went on to obtain an MS in Analytics from the Institute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University. While working on his Practicum Project there, Frank employed text mining and machine learning to categorize restaurant menu items automatically.
In his free time, Frank enjoys playing disc golf, watching (and attempting to play) basketball, and going to see live music.
