Odge has watched data leap from paper-driven processes into complex digital environments. His experience in data-driven ecosystems has allowed him to be a servant leader operationalizing data analytics to provide for mission-critical outcomes.
He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Marine Rifleman and retired from active duty as Lieutenant Colonel of Marines almost 25 years later. After retirement, Odge worked at the Virginia Tech HUME center as a Senior Program manager overseeing research projects for the Department of Defense involving Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Odge earned his BS from Old Dominion University and an MS in Computer Science from Naval Postgraduate School. He has held a PMP certification since 2015.
He enjoys fly fishing, woodworking and spending time with his beautiful wife and four loving children.
