To help agencies more effectively detect contract fraud, Elder Research has developed RADR, a risk model and data visualization tool. RADR scores the likelihood of fraud for all government contract using only publicly-available data at USAspending.gov.
RADR provides four ways to review and analyze the fraud risk for federal contracts:
- Individual contracts independent of agency or recipient
- Agency-based view of top 100 scored contracts
- Recipient-based view of top 100 scored contracts
- Product Service Code view of top 100 scored contracts
RADR displays ranked lists of contracts with numerical and color coded risk scores to make it very clear where investigators should focus their efforts.
